The Whale Pod Thermal Shipper is the premier all-in-one insulated can shipping solution on the market. Keep cans cold for an average of 48 hours, with use of the cold packs we offer.

Each Pod comes with an ultra durable outer box and thermal liner. Cold packs that fit perfectly on the cans are available at an additional cost. Each cold pack fits over a 4 pack, so they are sold 3 per box. These Pods are made to fit 16oz cans. You can ship 12oz cans in them, but you will need some packing to fill the extra space. If you ship 16oz cans without the cold packs, you will also need extra packing to fill the extra space.

We tested many thermal shipping methods, and nothing kept cans as cold as these. The combination of the high quality outer box with the insulated,  leak resistant  thermal liner keeps cold packs frozen, and cans cold.  We also tested many types of cold packs, and none held up like the foam refrigerant ones we offer. They stay frozen longer than gel packs or ice packs. Each cold pack weighs 15oz.

Each box measures 16.5 x 5.5 x 8.5 and weighs 14oz without cans or cold packs in them. With cold packs included, each weighs 3.8lbs.
