12 Pack 16oz Flex-Pod Whale Pod Shipper

Flex Pods are designed to make the beverage shipping process safe and simple. They feature built in protective dividers that separate each 4 pack of cans, making the packing process super quick and easy. The box is made of heavy duty C flute 32ECT grade cardboard, making these some of the strongest and most durable Pods we’ve made.

These Flex Pods fit 16oz standard cans. They feature triple wall corrugated cardboard protection on the top, 4 pack can separators in the middle, and double wall protection on the bottom. The 12 Pack Flex-Pods perfectly fit three 4 packs of cans that are held together by PakTech holding tops, making it very easy to just place the three 4 packs in the box, sealing, and shipping. They are also made to fit cans packaged in 4 pack paperboard packaging, or just cans alone!

If the cans you are shipping are not held together by holding tops or paperboard packaging, and you’re looking for some extra can protection, we recommend using our Can Dividers. They are not required, but these will separate each can and protect them from denting during shipping.

Each 12 pack beverage can shipping box comes fully ready to ship. There is no need to use any packing materials, any additional type of packaging over the outer box. You just quickly assemble, insert the cans, and slap a shipping label on!
