UPS shipping costs are based on dimensional weight - meaning the cost is calculated using both the weight and dimensions of the package. We do not add additional handling charges to the shipping cost. The UPS rates calculated on our site is the cost UPS is charging us to deliver the packages.

Full refunds on the price of the product are offered on returns, as long as the Pods are in new, undamaged condition.
