The 500ml/750ml Bottle Pods have been a work in progress for over a year! We tested many different designs, failed miserably, and finally developed the perfect large bottle shipping container. This eco-friendly, ultra protective Pod is fully biodegradable, and is ISTA-3A certified, which means they have passed the most rigorous package testing used by both UPS and Fedex.

These Pods perfectly fit 500ml champagne style bottles, 750ml Belgian style bottes, 750ml champagne style bottles,  or 22oz bomber bottles. There’s top and middle inserts to make up for the sizing differences, so each bottle fits ultra snug. Each Pod comes with all of the inserts, so you can mix and match the size bottles in multiple bottle shipments. These will also perfectly fit the super popular Goose Island Bourbon County bottle with box!

But wait, there’s a bonus! 2 stacked 16oz cans fit in one of these. So in a 6 pack, you can ship a 500ml bottle, a 750ml Belgian style bottle, a 750ml champagne style bottle, and two 16oz cans, all in one shipment!

These Pods have passed ISTA- 3A testing that includes:

Each Pod includes 2 inner sleeves, as well as an outer box. There is no need for any packing materials. You simply assemble the sleeves, put the bottles in, place them in the outer box, seal and ship.

Gusseted poly bags are optional. The bags fit perfectly over the bottles and will seal the shipment in case breakage occurs.

The assembled box measures 7.5″ x 3-7/8″ x 14.5″
