Premium Thermal 24 Pack Whale Pod Shipper

Premium Thermal Whale Pods include the same outer box and inner foam as our Premium Whale Pod Shippers, with insulated box liners. The insulated box liners are specifically made to keep perishable items cold while shipped. The durable Polyethylene bubble film core cushions as it insulates, preventing heat intrusion, and keeping cans cold for up to 36 hours.

Cold Packs are not included. You can either place cold packs on top of the cans and not use the top piece of foam (because of lack of space) or use ice blank blanket strips between the cans. Either method works, and will keep cans cold a few days when shipped.

All Whale Pods are designed to reusable, so you can get multiple shipments out of one box! Whale Pods aren’t only for shipping beer, they are made to safely ship cans of wine, tea, sparkling water, seltzer, coffee and soft drinks. As long as it comes in a 12oz or 16oz can, Whale Pod Shippers are the safest and easiest way to ship these beverages and spirits.

The assembled box measures 20″ x 12.75″ x 7.5″

These are assembled the same way as our Premium Pods, you just add the Thermal Bag before you put the foam inserts in. Here’s the video assembly instructions.
